Is the hotel noisy?


If you book a Non Refundable room type or promotion the money will be debited within 24 hours of making your reservation. For other reservations you can pay by cash or any Visa or MasterCard credit card when you check out, we only require a card number on booking to guarantee your reservation but it will not be charged when you book. For any doubts please pay close attention to the payment policy in the conditions of booking you have made.

Are there any tourist sites nearby?


Absolutely. Our hotel is in the very centre of Rome – take a look at our Surrounding Area page for more information.

Is it easy to get to the hotel?


Yes. The hotel is just 150 metres from Termini train station - the transport hub of Rome. There are direct links to both of Rome’s airports by coach and a direct high speed train link to Fiumicino from Termini. We can also arrange for a chauffeured shuttle service to transport you to and from the airport if you prefer.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, JCB, Maestro, Bancontact and CartaSi.

Do the rooms have air-conditioning?


Absolutely. Air conditioning is essential in Rome - especially during the summer. Our rooms have full climate control with heating in the winter and air-conditioning in the hot summer months although a surcharge does apply due to the electricity demands.

Is there internet access at the hotel?


Yes. The Hotel Teti has high-speed Wi-Fi internet connections available.

Is breakfast provided?


A Continental Buffet Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in our elecgant breakfast room for your comfort.

Is there any parking available?


Public parking is possible at a nearby location but this costs 25 euros per day.

When can I check-in?


We offer an express check-in and check-out service with check-in possible from 14:00.

By when must I have checked out?


Check-out is until 11am.

Will staff be able to speak my language?


Our staff are highly-trained and multi-lingual and can even arrange a host of booking services (e.g. restaurants, theatres, etc) if Italian is a problem for you.

Will staff always be available to help me?


Yes – our hotel reception is available to assist you 24hrs per day.
